Bought a Smart vehicle for my daughter from Kendall who helped us as we called hours beforehand and drove in from the West side of STL metro 4/17/25. The car was very clean and was a better buy than I could find in St. Louis and its surrounding counties. I shopped quite a bit online and elsewhere to get something inexpensive ($7k), low mileage (50k) and cute for a college kid. Jeff helped me decide my method of payment. By the way, avoid a 3% fee by not using a card if you are not financing. Their normal handling fee was half what the St. Louis dealers charge which helped. The deal was very fair after shopping so much. I’m so glad I waited and sprung into action when it popped on auto trader. They were not a big lot, but had a wide variety of interesting vehicles for everyone’s taste. Thanks, guys!

I've bought three vehicles from S I Vallett Auto Sales over the years, and my first two purchases were completely smooth with no issues. This time, buying the 2015 Dodge Journey, there were a couple of initial problems discovered with the vehicle after the sale – the first time I've had any hiccups here. However, the dealership addressed and fixed them fairly quickly. I worked with a younger salesman (wish I could remember his name!) who was very helpful and seemed quite honest. Even with the minor issues this time around, they made sure things were put right, reinforcing why I've been a repeat customer
