Selling my 1985 Honda CMX250. This was the year before it was called the Honda Rebel. I originally got this bike from a farmer in eastern washington when I was a student at WSU and a few engineering buddies and I restored it to health. The engine runs, but the stator or alternator is faulty and the bike isn’t charging. The battery I had put in is no longer charging so you'll need to bring a battery to ride it home. Because of this I dropped the price $60 to cover the cost of a new battery. Overall, this bike has registration and aworking engine but it does need some work to be reliable on the road. The registration expired in April so be cautious when riding it home. I will also give you a shop manual for the bike so you can do your own repairs or remove what you want with the proper instructions. Issues: - Speedometer isn't accurate since I never glued the magnets on. If you glue the magnets, speed works fine. - brake and turn signals don't work consistently. They will need some diagnoses. - no right side mirror. Thanks for looking! Located in bellevue downtown.
