Disappointed. I spoke with the customer service representative on the phone. They told me a deposit was not required and they would hold the Chevrolet Avalanche that I was ready to purchase until the next day. They called later on "sorry we sold it to someone else..."

Horrible place to shop for a car for multiple reasons, main reason is the customer service, horrible and far from educated on any cars on their lot. And when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, the cars there are WAY Overpriced.. went shopping there for an accord so I can put away my diesel and save a little bit of money on gas to work & I couldn’t believe the prices on those cars, ended up going down the street to dealer one motors and got a 2020 accord for about the same price they’re selling their 2014 accord for.... ended up getting a better deal and got treated 10x better..... cause if you don’t buy a car from them or just go to look around they’re very rude if you don’t buy from them right there and then. They’re concerned more about their commission than providing great customer service. Mind you I traveled 1 hour and 25 minutes 3 times and those 3 times they gave me different prices for the same car.... All I can say is STAY AWAY !

This is an excellent place to buy yourself a car.
There are many experienced people working there.
They do everything to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Excellent work. I believe this is the best place in Boston for you to buy your car, with many knowledgeable people to help.
