When used to drive a pair of speakers the four (4) amps are connected in pairs for bridged BTL ( balanced transformerless ) operation. In this arrangement the BX-3 delivers an awesome 600 WATTS of power per channel, continuous RMS, at 8 ohms, from 20-20k with no more than 0.01% total harmonic distortion. Or you can keep the four (4) amps separate to drive the front and rear channels independently, and you’ll have a huge 325 WATTS for EACH front channel, continuous RMS, from 20-20khz, with only 0.03 total harmonic distortion. Or use the BX-3 in a 3 channel set up to drive 2 front channels and a subwoofer system. This gives you 125 watts for each front channel and a massive 300 watts for the subwoofer output.  The BX-3 Has an internal built in cooling fan for high level, long term operation of the unit will cause the internal chassis temperatures to be increased. When the internal temperatures reaches over 70c the cooling fan will be operated AUTOMATICALLY to dissipate the heat generated from the unit and to maintain long term operational reliability, and since it operates very quietly, music reproduction will never be disturbed. What’s more amazing, the BX-3 Delivers more power Dynamically .
