Got it for my dog and it doesn't fit. The part that is not adjustable is slightly too big around her neck area. She is 10lbs and about 16 inches long. Jack Russell Chihuahua mix. Rib cage band area is adjustable and is very securely fitted. Bright pink with reflective saftey band Only tried on for less than 1 minute, not worn on a walk or for a long period of time.
