The interior screen is frozen. The front screen works perfectly fine when it's closed...it's just that main one that's giving us a problem. We purchased this phone two months ago and shortly after, the screen froze. We ended up just getting another phone instead of going through THAT process. Now we're stuck with this pretty, and pretty expensive paper weight. We don't possess the knowledge, or give a crap enough to attempt any troubleshooting steps. We turned it on and off a couple times and it didn't fix it. We swapped sim cards and it didn't fix it. That pretty much sums up our attempt to fix it. You may have better luck if you know what you're doing. Us Boomers are scared and confused by technology. ***PLEASE READ!!!*** This phone is being sold as-is and we cannot guarantee that it can be fixed. We're told it can, but we already have a new phone and it seems like an absurd waste of time at this point to even try. The only thing that happens is it powers up (charges fine and the front screen is still usable), but the inside screen is frozen. This phone is brand new but not 100% functioning as it should during the time of this posting -- 05/12/2024
