Selling this for my dad, he purchased this because he wanted to renovate cosmetically but never found the extra time to do it but he also bought it since its functionally in as good of condition as a RV of its age can be in, very well maintained by the previous owner. Powered by a reliable 360 V8 engine which replaced the original at some point. Odo says 91k, but since its so old exact mileage unknown. Registered up to date and due to its age it doesn’t need to be smogged. It runs perfectly and the only thing that needs to be done before using it to camp/live in is install a bed and maybe new windshield wipers.
