49er tickets!! Lower level Sec. 101. BEST SEATS. $950

I have tickets for the 49ers 2024 season 2 seats. Section 101. Row 35. DALLAS VS 49ERS These are my personal seats. Under the overhang... out of the sun...rain... in the shade. These are awesome lower level home side seats. They are ADA/handicap accessible. You do not have to be handicapped to sit here, just to buy the rights to the seats. The rights to these seats cost me $20,000. Our seats are padded court side style seats. Most leg room and freedom of any seat in the stadium. There is a power outlet at my seats to charge your phone. You can stand up at your seat and jump around as this is a secured section with nobody seated behind you. No climbing over ppl to exit your seat. No bumping elbows with the person next to you. There is a usher that stands at either end of the section to keep people from entering the secured location. Right next to main entrance, 49er store, museum, food and bathrooms. ---Section 101 Row 35w--- $950 Price is for the 2 seats!!! If it rains you will be covered under the overhang out of the elements. These seats are bad ass. I go every year. My father and I and selected these seats prior to the stadium being built for all of the luxurious amenities that come with these specific seats.
