This building is brand new in the box never opened. It measures 22 feet in width, 23 feet in length, and 13 feet in height, and approximately 500 square feet of storage space. It has 16-gauge primary frames, a 29-gauge metal roof, two door openings (each 100 inches wide by 88 inches high), and a side entry door (35" X 75"). The structure is designed to withstand snow loads up to 30 pounds per square foot and wind speeds up to 75 miles per hour. It weighs approximately 2000 lbs (940KG).
