Purchased in Savannah, Georgia approx 45-50 years ago. everything is handsewn the material used is in delicate condition. the material is worn. The doll is 24 inches long and at the widest part at the shoulder it is 8 inches Here is the close-up of the face. As you can see in the previous photos, there is a crack in the backpiece. I cannot find any more news that identify manufacturer But I know it is a German doll.
