We saw couple Audi Q4 e-tron online and came here to check them out. We were caught with a surprise fee that each used car has a $1695 add on. Although the dealer waived this fee but the price We were willing to pay was not met. So we walked away. Make sure you ask all the questions and see everything in writing with total out of the door price. Overall our experience were very satisfied.

Coming from the orange country area, I was hesitant to check out another dealer outside of my perimeter, usually going to local Audi dealerships in the beach city area. I purchased my 2nd Audi at Walter’s Audi in Riverside and was immediately impressed with their customer service which prompted me to write this review. Anthony was very helpful. As soon as I arrived, Anthony was there to greet and assist me. The experience was seamless! To make my experience even more fruitful, Anthony assisted me in returning my rental and drove me back in the vehicle of interest. To add a cherry on top in my overall experience, Ethan took care of some minor details on my vehicle after the purchase. I was impressed in how quickly this was all handled. The overall communication of both departments was impressive. I look forward to further business with Walter’s Audi in Riverside.

I had a truly fantastic car buying experience with Edgar Perdomo! His team, including Gary, Dean, David (and Edgar’s twin brother Mitchell) were all wonderful to work with! Edgar was our superstar! He was kind and extremely helpful with answering my questions before I even asked them. He was also so patient with me. It was the first time I bought my own car by myself, and everyone really worked hard to secure me the right deal. We had a great test drive and drove in all the drive modes, plus he let me take my time taking photos and videos. I even had a work meeting and had to step out of our car buying process to take that important call, and they were patient with me and got me back on track when I was wrapped up. Then Edgar was kind of enough to program my new vehicle’s CarPlay and personalized it for me. He even took off my old plate frames from my old car with his screwdriver and put them on my new car! He helped me empty out my old car and pack up my new one! He even offered to take a couple new car photos for me! The only thing missing was a big red car bow on it to take home with my new car! Just kidding! Those bows are expensive, haha! The whole Walters team was great! Dean, Gary and I connected over so many similarities and I enjoyed my entire experience overall!

Edgar was absolutely amazing!!! He is a superstar in Sales and Customer Service! I know talent! I run a record label and perform  globally. I also have a background in education and sales. The biggest reasons for this praise are because of his attention to detail, and patience in explaining the intricacies of this highly technical vehicle. My new AUDI Q4 55 E-TRON QUATTRO.
