The customer service here exceeds the “Call of duty!” The patients that my sales representative Jermey had is to be compared to a saint. When it seemed extremely unlikely that I would be able to get a feasible finance quote due to high lender suggestions and strange credit inquiry results. In the midst of me throwing in towel my sales representative reassured me that he would not give up on me. He told that he would collaborate with management and the finance person to get me the car. They somehow reduced my down payment six thousand dollars by the next day, and gave me a warranty that covers almost anything. They even went as far as reserving the vehicle for when others came in to buy it.

The unfortunately had an unforeseen issue that was not covered by the warranty. I sent a text to Jermey, my sales representative and the manager paid for the repair out of pocket.

A lot of people are afraid to buy vehicles from car lots because of shady customer service, and they hate payments. But there is a lot of security at this store. I went to three dealers before this one and one sold the car I wanted while I was actively buying it, and the other two, I wasn’t happy with the car!

10/10! Didn’t have to negotiate, got a great deal on pretty much the exact vehicle I wanted! I’m not the easiest customer when purchasing a car, but they didn’t mess around! Aydin was my sales associate and he’s awesome, such a cool hard working dude! I’ve already send a new customer his way, he’s the best! Also props to the used car manager, he worked my deal why the other guy was on vacation, he’s a super cool hard working guy as well!

My experience with Roberto Aguilar was absolutely wonderful. He is very genuine, lets you know up front what things can be or won’t be! He gets down to business. He has very good sales costumer service skills! We were able to get my dream car with his help and hard work! I looked at this car for 4 weeks straight I knew it had to mines when I seen it! EDITED: In response to your reply. Only way to turn this experience around and have my 1 star be a 5 star review is you guys doing the right thing and replacing the damaged mirror I was not informed about at signing. If you would like to make this right, give me a call.

I purchased a Chevrolet silverado 09/30/25. My experience with the sales people was horrible. They were super pushy and insisted in selling me add ons in the financing until I put my foot down and made it clear I only want the vehicle and nothing else. I ended up purchasing the vehicle because I needed a new work truck and they already ran my credit. When I purchased the truck I took a picture of it. I did not notice there was damage on the mirror of the truck until I got home. I reached out to my sales person Christin Collins about the situation and they made it very clear they will not be helpful in repairing the mirror cap. It is sketchy that you wouldn’t inform me about this damage. I should have done better at looking over the vehicle but I wouldn’t have expected not to be told about damage on the truck. I have purchased cars in the past from various dealers and they were always communicative about damage on the vehicle because they aren’t “sketchy”. I chose dealer over private sale because I would expect more honesty. Horrible experience and they don’t have integrity here at this dealership. Working with Jacob on a busy Saturday morning I arrived to find the car I was interested in ready for a test drive and we zipped through the car buying process. He was working with several clients at once and I was impressed he managed to keep the everything moving and never left me waiting or wondering where he was! Financing was a breeze and truly the only hold up was me getting my insurance setup to roll off the lot! AutoNation worked with me to ensure I was getting the payment and terms that worked for me, and more than once my payment was updated lower as everyone checked and double checked for savings for me.
