Skoolie Conversion

Mostly converted into an rv. It only needs a few more things done to get it registered. Clean title, everything is new and hasnt been used other than to test. All stickers, and mandatory accessories have been removed. All work was done and overseen by licensed professionals. Electricity is done and ready for panels and batteries (gfi outlet in bathroom. 5, 2 plug outlets with 2 usb each) 2000w power inverter, 50amp charge controler, victron battery monitor 2 36v commercial solar panels. The plumbing is done and the bathroom is 90% done, induction water heater, select flow toilet and stand up shower with .7gpm shower head. Beds / couches in the front and back with storage underneath. Three seater and two seater left in the front (can be removed if you want). I have the hardwood (laminate) floor and underlayment already, but not installed. Brand new $2k cubic fire stove with all attachments necessary to be installed, with instructions - never used. New front steps installed. Water tanks are installed and stable inlet/outlet. The entire underside has been cleaned, rustolem, and undercoated entirely. Uninstalled 5000w generator - gas. Allison transmission, 3126 caterpillar diesel, 148,xxx on the odometer, no mechanical issues no leaks, you can bring a mechanic if you want. It’s been moved, and run every couple weeks, it’s Turn key and go, will have new batteries. Full tank of winterized / treated diesel.
