1979 Scout II, this project was done 2021 The good; the body is sitting in a 2001 Chevy Suburban with a 5.3 engine, auto 4l60e trans with a np241c manual transfer case. 2" lift 33" bf all terrain tires. 30 gallon fuel tank  Electric fans  Original suburban axles, disk brakes front and rear  Front axle with push activation switch.  A/C configuration, LS compressor, a/c controlled by original scout  Interior is original scout seats covered in green leather.  Front cabin portion covered with dynamite sound and heat deadening, finished in black carpet. 7” Sony stereo wire apple / android compatibility, focal speakers.  The bad; there is some rust in the rear panels under tire flairs and in some places under the cabin. Still pretty solid Overall the truck is solid, it has been on long distance trips like Baja (Phoenix to Cabo and back) without any issues. It is great for camping trips and cruising around town. It is reliable Chevy LS 5.3 with all the good vibes, feelings and experience of a 79 Scout II.
