Used less than a handful of times; however, cat did scratch the front left corner that is now patched. Functions like new and non comes with a custom $200 peacock blue velvet cover with an accessory remote holder (fun fact: velvet is a great option to avoid pet scratching wear and tear). The cover is in perfect condition and includes zipper covers for all cushions, leg covers and an all over cover for the sides and back. Imperfections: on the original loveseat the back two corners have light scratching - I will include another adhesive patch if desired but it’s not really necessary. Front right corner is untouched and perfect. Why we love this loveseat: it’s deep, sturdy and fits well in small spaces. Why we’re selling it: it simply hasn’t been used and I have a much older sofa that i want to move into the space where this one is currently seated. What to know: Pickup only There are about 11 stairs between the basement and main floor that it will have to be carried up (I’m sorry I cannot help due to an injury!)
