Upholstered in a retired floral fabric with greens and pinks (leafy/floral pattern), which adds a soft vintage‑charm vibe. Dimensions: 68"L × 41″W × 34″H — great for apartments, guest rooms, or a smaller living space. Condition: Used but well kept - cushions are springy and firm, no sagging and no major stains or tears to the fabric. It's been in a clean, smoke free home with a neutral cover on it, which has also largely prevented fading of the fabric. I'm happy to throw that cover in as well, as it makes the couch a great neutral. Classic, timeless Lee Industries build quality, with lots of life left. Ideal for someone who wants a small but substantial, quality couch. Asking Price: $250 (cash only / local pickup) - open to reasonable offers.
