Bought this for $2000 from Rooms To go in 2022, it was perfect in my Town house, however the new house layout is terrible for a large couch as you can see from the pictures of it set up in my old house vs new one. It’s super comfy and durable, well taken care of and cleaned. No big dogs, a purse dog will lay on it occasionally but that’s it. Has been steam cleaned annually and sprayed with a protection product. 160” long by 45. “ deep
