Trying to see how I feel about this place. I worked with Robert, nice guy but I honestly felt rushed through the process. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey 3/15/25 never received a full copy of everything I signed WITH the informational piece just the pages I signed and as soon as I got close to my area same day the car started smoking and overheating. All the codes they cleared popped up and I called them and Rob said they will get the car in the next three hours. I waited two hours because I had time but figured they might not be coming that night. So the next day I pulled up to make sure it was there or not and the tow truck driver was right there picking up the car. That was frustrating because it’s like what if I had no way home or anything. But aside from that the tow truck driver was cool his name was Jose. So they said they will fix the issue today 3/17/25 and when I got off work I went to get the car now the seat wasn’t moving back and forth when it was before I left it. Also found out the reason the car wasn’t working is because something cracked with the radiator! They adjusted my seat so I can touch the wheel and when I left all the codes they cleared came back on again. Robert told me that they will get the sensor for my brakes (that was an issue beforehand the tire pressure light was blinking and he said they will work on it while we were going over everything but they didn’t have the part so they said they will let me know when they get it) and a new sensor for my seat to work. He said he should hear back from them by Friday and I said I will call to check in by then but then he said no he will call me when they get the sensor and parts together. That response didn’t feel secure so I’m just worried about it. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman that they are doing things like this trying to secure a sell but I don’t think it’s right to give people a runaround. If you are making plans to do something a date and time should be secured. I guess now I’m just waiting til Friday to see how things go. I’m very uncomfortable with this purchase now especially since I put $4,000 down. I just don’t have time for problems and wouldn’t wish the stress of this purchase on no one… I will update my review but I will see how things go this week I feel like they might be genuine but you never really know unfortunately…

I had the best experience ever ,  they let me drive the car no questions asked, treated me with respect and so professional!  Needless to say I bought a beautiful car . This was very fast and professional. Highly recommend

We drove about an hour specifically to test drive a car we had seen online. we were serious about possibly taking it home that day.  I will not lie, we did take a our time to test drive it and  also checking under the hood to see  any posiible leaks or issues. So when we take it back, the sales man (i didnt even catch his name) scolded us of how we couldnt test drive it for more than 5 mins. How the hell are you going to buy a car that you only drive for 5 mins. Honestly wouldnt take my chances. I am glad we took our time because with found so many leaks on this thing.
On top of that he made a comment about how we wanted to steal the car.  Sure with an empty gas tank,  (thats how they gave it to us to test drive) we were surly not going very far.

Jose was great, he listen to what my son needed and did not pressure him into anything.  Once my son chose a car and we noticed a couple problems with the car nothing major Jose was there to help us get them fixed.  Would definitely recommend going to him if you are looking for a used car.
