They sell lemons and then tell you to deal with it. Bought a car and their best offered warranty, within 3 days the oil pump wasn't working, 2 weeks later warranty denied the claim, leaving me with a thousand dollar repair bill. Now, barely a week later and the mechanic has discovered excessive metal shavings in the oil pan, meaning worse problems. They are conmen and frauds. Do not trust them, they just want your money.

This place is a scam! They lie. I was told the 2014 dodge grand caravan (white in color) was on the lit and available for j test drive and purchase.  After driving 4 hrs to get here to purchase the van it was not there and gone no mention of being sold. They knew 2 days in advance that I was going to buy it out right.  Yet it was gone.  These people  didn't was a sale.  They just wanted to waste my time!. Don't buy from here!!!!!!

I'm really beginning to wonder if there are fake accounts giving reviews for this place. My personal experience?
Well, I bought a car along with the dealership powertrain warranty. Car has broken down, and dealership is refusing to cover the cost of repairs. This is despite the fact that the repairs are covered under the powertrain warranty. Had to file a complaint with the attorney general's office, the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and had to seek the help of an attorney to sue to have the repairs done. Mark (so unprofessional) has claimed that I did not give them the opportunity to fix the vehicle which I have, and anyone seeing this review can see the photo of the car at their mechanics shop, so that statement is obviously false.
Our family has bought at least 2 cars from this place. I was going to bring my twin daughters here in 2 months for their cars since it seemed to be a reasonable place to purchase a used car. Now I will not. I couldn't trust them with my money, I certainly won't let them prey upon my children or their money. Will definitely look elsewhere.

I called Easy Car Auto Sales about a 2011 Ford Escape listed online for $3,300 (see screenshots). Over the phone, I was told the out-the-door price would actually be $4,800, which is more than $1,500 higher than the advertised price.

When I asked for an itemized breakdown, I was told it could only be provided after submitting my driver’s license and personal information. I did not receive the breakdown in writing.

A price listed online should reflect the real total, or at minimum clearly state what fees are included. Taxes and registration do not explain a 45% increase.

I chose not to move forward with this dealership based on this experience. I’m sharing this so future buyers know to ask for the full out-the-door cost up front.

Mark was super helpful great environment, and have a comfortable waiting area. Clean, respectful environment. I left this car dealership with almost $4,500 in positive equity in my car. Usually I fell robbed by dealerships, but with me walking away with equity I feel I did the robbing! I will be back.
