All SoCal GCC’s gamecube controllers that are sold are refurbrished and backed by a 1 year limited warranty. Buying from us really is the best way to go! All sales are final but the warranty covers free repairs in the first year or an exchange. Stickboxes get replaced with aftermarket good ones if they are loose so there are no deadzones, while reusing the original potentiometers. New aftermarket caps are installed if the originals are worn out. Shells are retrobrighted if discolored in hydrogen peroxide and UV light strips to restore as much of the original color as possible. Cables that have exposure to the copper get patched with heat shrink tubing. Motherboards get replaced with others we order if they are bad. Potentiometers as well. If Z button doesn’t register, a replacement is installed to see if that will fix it.
