This camper is well used but functional. Tires and frame are good. 7 foot dinette slide out works manually but needs to be blocked up while in use-walls are stressed at the top corners of the slide. Sleeps side w dinette and sofa folded out. Plumbed for an outside rv-q grill which is included. Furnace stove fridge oven all worked last use. Toilet and tanks all good last use. Fresh water pump needs replaced, but city water and plumbing was ok last use. Damage in bathroom to shower skylight needs work! Roof is sealed and not currently leaking but is a bit soft and I walk on it w an 8 ft plank. The A/C is only 5 years old and works great! 2 propane tanks and battery. Wiring lights brakes tires ok for towing-was towed a few months ago. Slide awning is ok main awning needs fabric. Keys for all doors. Bed platform modified for full queen mattress, included. High ground clearance and only weighs 3700# empty. Cash or Venmo only. Will include the weight distributing hitch and seat bar for the right price.
