We stopped by the dealership on a Sunday just to look at pickup trucks for my husband . We had no intention of buying that day. Brenda was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and took the time to show us several different options that might work for us.

Mike Williams in sales and Sid in financing were wonderful. I went in looking for something that specifically fit my budget, but we were a bit far off from each other to begin with. I luckily had a little bit of wiggle room with by budget, so both of them worked with me to ultimately get me a deal that was both good for me and for them. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I am thrilled with my new Equinox!

I made an online reservation to have the oil changed in my Chevy 2500HD. When I arrived this morning, I waited in line for about ten minutes with no movement, so I went inside to speak with a service agent.

It took a moment for them to locate my appointment, and their demeanor made it feel as though I was interrupting them. I asked if it would be possible to add a vehicle inspection along with the oil change, and they replied, “Sure, but we don’t have an inspector here. We take the trucks to the Ford dealership and drop them off, so I can’t say how long it will take.” So no inspection for me today.

Two and a half hours later, my service, an oil change, was complete. At checkout, They asked for my card and to sign in two places—there was no “thank you” or “see you next time.”

When I returned to my truck, I had to remove the paper from the floor and plastic from the seat myself. It also appeared they attempted to fill the DEF tank, but it wasn’t full. In fact, it looked like some may have spilled down the side of the truck.

Overall, Covert Hutto left me with the impression that they are too busy for my business. Poor leadership and disappointing customer service.

My experience with Covert Hutto “Ford & Chevy” has been amazing !!! From start to finish the process has been smooth and quick. We just purchased a new 2025 Suburban Z71 and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Mr. Rain Chavez and Kelly Mercer have been amazing to work with, Rain on sales side and Kelly with finance. We purchased a new Ford F150 Lariat last summer and this year came back for a new Suburban for my wife for our anniversary and Rain made sure to have truck nice and detailed with a Bow and Roses for my wife for when we arrived from coming in to purchase from out of town . Rain went above and beyond for me on my F150 and this go round on my wife’s Suburban and I highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking to purchase a new vehicle . Between him and Kelly they will work out anything possible to make sure your experience is one of a kind and make sure you leave happy with your purchase of a vehicle . They will both fight for you to get your number to where you want it !
