**SALE PENDING**PLEASE READ ENTIRE POSTING **If you are reading this message, then YES!!! This item is still available** Sofa bed, chair, and matching storage ottoman. Medium light gray in color. Sofa bed has never been used, still wrapped in original plastic!! Couch= 74" long x 39" deep x 31" high I've only had this set for about 2 years. I'm moving out of the country so I do not need it anymore. PICK UP ONLY IN ALAMEDA!!! !!!Excellent condition!! NO STAINS, NO RIPS, NO TEARS. From a home with no pets, and no smokers of any substances. Furniture is on the third floor of a walk up only apartment. There is no elevator. Sofa beds are quite heavy. You will need to transport this yourself. There are two photos showing the hallway in the stairs.
