Had a great experience at Easy Car. I’m extremely satisfied with my Honda Civic, and the team there was amazing about helping me find something that actually fit my budget. The customer service was honestly top-tier — super professional, super patient, and the salesman I worked with let me test drive as many cars as I needed until I found the one I really wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

They sell lemons and then tell you to deal with it. Bought a car and their best offered warranty, within 3 days the oil pump wasn't working, 2 weeks later warranty denied the claim, leaving me with a thousand dollar repair bill. Now, barely a week later and the mechanic has discovered excessive metal shavings in the oil pan, meaning worse problems. They are conmen and frauds. Do not trust them, they just want your money.

**UPDATE**
Not only was the oil pump housing broken, the oil wouldn't regulate, so the pump needed to be replaced ($2000), and the timing belt housing is cracked, another $2500 down the drain.

Worst call buying experience ever. I had an 2014 dodge journey that didn’t last more than 3 months. I’m stuck paying a car note because it have a loan on the car. I gave the car back to the loan company last month which was October 8th. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. They didn’t answer or return any of my calls. I even texted and sent emails, still nothing. I’m very upset and out of a car and money. I wish I’ve listened to my first mind. These people are scammers and sell lemons. I was told if I had any other problems with the car I could always call them and bring it back but that wasn’t the case. This place needs to be shut down ASAP.

Horrible communication. I emailed them a week prior before I just showed up about a car. No response. I arrive and the female sales associate says, "yeah it's just better to show up." When I arrive the car is now on hold. Which is fine. But I talked to a rep when they told me what date the hold would be lifted. I do that they tell me it's uncertain. I asked how is it uncertain then they tell me it's available. I scheduled a test drive. Come in and they told me it's sold. When I called the location to talk to a manager because of the uncertainty they said the manager would call me back. I received no call back. When I arrived for my scheduled test drive. They seemed lost, then told me the car was sold. Yet the car is still available online.

I'm really beginning to wonder if there are fake accounts giving reviews for this place. My personal experience?
Well, I bought a car along with the dealership powertrain warranty. Car has broken down, and dealership is refusing to cover the cost of repairs. This is despite the fact that the repairs are covered under the powertrain warranty. Had to file a complaint with the attorney general's office, the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and had to seek the help of an attorney to sue to have the repairs done. Mark (so unprofessional) has claimed that I did not give them the opportunity to fix the vehicle which I have, and anyone seeing this review can see the photo of the car at their mechanics shop, so that statement is obviously false.
Our family has bought at least 2 cars from this place. I was going to bring my twin daughters here in 2 months for their cars since it seemed to be a reasonable place to purchase a used car. Now I will not. I couldn't trust them with my money, I certainly won't let them prey upon my children or their money. Will definitely look elsewhere.
