As a new resident of Colorado, I was car shopping for well over a month trying to find the vehicle that will fit my needs and budget. After going to countless dealerships, I was getting low balled on my trade in and overall not the best experience. When I discovered AutoNation Honda 104, and got connected with the salesman Nico, he made it a great experience. You can tell he truly cares about his customers longevity satisfaction, and not just making a quick sale. Along with his communication, expertise and knowledge in the field. Nico truly went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be happier as a customer for everything he's done. Highly recommend anyone interested in buying a car to work with Nico as he will take you through from start to finish flawlessly with care....When I stepped into the dealership for the first time there were many customers compared to other dealers whereas they had very little foot traffic. That tells you AutoNation is doing something right. AutoNation was very fair and gave me a wonderful value for my trade in, and got me an amazing deal for my brand new Honda HRV. EDIT: While the sales department of AutoNation Honda has provided great service, dealing with the service department has been an absolutely abysmal experience. The lack of returned calls were frustrating enough, as were the lack of updates, but being dragged along for over a month only to have the service department come back and tell me they wouldn't be fixing my vehicle for an issue that was supposed to be fixed during inspection was the final straw. This has been an incredibly distressing experience. I highly suggest going elsewhere for service. I would have much sooner if I hadn't originally been told the major mechanical issues would be fixed at no cost. The service department needs serious improvements, especially at the customer service level. Again, if you can, save yourself the stress and upset by taking your vehicle elsewhere for service.

Amazing experience here getting myself back into a vehicle of my own, all thanks to Daniel and Kristy both! Daniel helped me get into this Tundra, answering every single question I had about the history of the truck with all of his vehicle knowledge, making sure I was excited and sure this was the one for me. His customer service was incredible every step of the way. I’ve never had a dealership experience as great as I did here, with everyone working hard to get me a safe and thoroughly inspected used vehicle the same day I had to return my rental. I’ve heard good things about AutoNation in my search for a vehicle, and there’s a reason why! I truly couldn’t recommend buying your next vehicle from Daniel enough!

Ashley was with me every step of the way. This was my first time financing a car and I am so thankful I chose AutoNation. I was referred here by a friend who likewise has had good experiences here. Even still, I was blown away by the level of hospitality of the employees and atmosphere here. Furthermore, their helpfulness and kindness do not end when you drive off the lot. It goes almost without saying, I would recommend AutoNation to anyone looking to buy a car through a dealership.

We recently purchased an Accord here, the first car we had bought in over 20 years. The salesperson we initially dealt with, Ashley is "on her game". Polite, professional, knows her stuff. Being it was such a momentous occasion for us, I asked the floor manager if they might have a bow or ribbon to put on the hood to surprise my wife. They were absolutely obliging, bringing a smile to everyone's face.
The back office people made a couple of significant errors, but those appear to have been resolved. I'm still waiting for the paperwork we need to register the car at Motor Vehicle, but I understand that three weeks (the present time frame) is not abnormal. I will update this review if problems arise.
We shopped for a very long time before making this purchase and frankly are pleased with our eventual choice. So far, we love the car!
UPDATE: We didn't receive the paperwork at six weeks, so I called the back office (finance) guy, who promptly arranged and sent a supplemental temporary tag via FedEx. Four days later, the paperwork showed up. Sigh! Anyway, visited Motor Vehicle the same day, and all was taken care of. The star rating I applied earlier remains intact.
