The bag is pre-owned, has custom sparkles on the tip of the ears, cheeks and eyes and has wear and tear on the bottom of the little strap handle on the top and some wear and tear on the top of the shoulder straps and a few other signs of wear and tear but those are not too noticeable unless inspected very closely. The inside of the backpack looks great still.
