Vintage Military Case with Supplies

This heavy-duty, vinyl-coated canvas military case has a main compartment with interior pockets plus two flapped side pockets. About 3.5 L worth of storage space? Includes bottom leg straps and belt loops. When it came to me it was packed with these supplies as you see here in the pictures and I was told it was Polish. However research online points to it possibly being French and possibly originally a gas mask bag. Anyway it goes, rather neat looking and ruggedly practical. You get all the gauze rolls, scissors, tweezers, glass bottles (empty) and sealed mystery pouches. I would certainly not recommend wound dressing with these as they can not be considered sterile. Pick up in Batavia. Cash only. I am always open to bundling. Questions welcome.
