Still in great shape, small scratches as shown but can easily touch up . Does not come with mattress. My husband assembled it with different screws because at the time we were moving and had lost them but recently we found a bag of screws that might go to but not 100 percent sure because at some point we had 2 cribs but the crib is still assembled. You can take it that way or ask us to disassemble it ! It adjusts in 3 heights to make sure baby grows with it . If you have any questions feel free to message me.
