1999 Lexus RX300 with 174,800 miles Clean Title. PA Inspection good until 3/25 and is drivable, but it has some fixable issues, so will be sold as is. $2,900 OBO The main issues are that there is an oil leak, (most likely into the exhaust manifold), which is causing a white cloud of smoke only on start up. There is a misfire code being displayed due to one cylinder having slightly low compression. Misfire is slight, so it’s not quite noticeable when driving, but still showing up as a code. There is a code reading to replace the trans shift solenoid. Most likely, until this is replaced, the trans won’t go into overdrive. It will also need a new thermostat eventually. Good car, just needs work that I am not willing to put the time and money into.
