Description

My HR216 SX Honda lawn mower runs well and has recently been fitted with a new carburetor, throttle cable, air filter, and spark plug. The self-propel feature works fine. However, the clutch is a bit tricky to fix, and I don't have the time to address it right now. One issue is that when I turn the mower on, the blades start engaging automatically, which I understand is a simple fix but I just can't prioritize it at the moment.
