I love the car i got, of course car
market is crazy right now but this was a decent deal and lower mileage. not a lemon either. my complaint was the communication could be better though. and the outside was detailed really nice and shiny, inside was OK there was still sticky stuff on the front and back cupholders not a huge deal tho i guess

Zack in Finance and Daniel in Sales are great guys that will not waste your time, give you all of the information you are looking for, and will not try to sneak in unknown costs and fees during your purchase. As someone who purchases vehicles regularly I can say this dealership experience has been without of doubt one of the best ones in the course of my 50+ car purchases.

If there was less than a one star that I could give to share this review, it would’ve been done that way. I was bullied and manipulated into purchasing a vehicle and was charged double the amount and a higher interest rate than was promised. I was told that they were working on the finance and they would get it to me later and what we had agreed and we discuss it prior But once I drove off with the car and traded mine, they refused to give me my car back and told me I was stuck in this vehicle. I was gouged with additional fees and was charged double for the amount. The vehicle is worth. I spent one month making phone calls to get a finance manager to call me back to discuss the loan and make an agreement and never got a return phone call. I was blown off by three separate managers, the last one being Joe, who told me That he was gonna handle everything and would get back to me, but blew me off and told me that his phone lines didn’t work and that he was very, very busy yet he pushed a loan through that I strictly did not agree on once they were able to get this loan with Acura finance. I was told it was accurate problem at this point, and they were Paid and there was nothing I could do about it and not to bother calling them anymore. These men took my kindness, bullied and strong, armed me into a vehicle with outlandish fees and priced. Be very careful with this dealership because they’re not out for your best interest.

2 stars because the service department gained it one star, and the general manager there knows what he is doing.

I did some looking into why the value they quoted me for my vehicle was about $4000-$6000 lower than actual. Don't let them look at your car, even if it's an Acura, for trade-in valuation. They'll try to fool you by saying it's an automatically generated figure from the Carfax. Don't listen to them, they'll always tell Carfax your vehicle is in poor condition, which has the afformentioned effect.

Why would you want to negotiate with a business that puts you at a disadvantage from the start? Buying a  Carfax subscription alone would be more worthwhile than the time wasted on valuation at this dealership. Won't be buying a car here.

I brought my RDX in for a new starter. I worked with Doug and the entire experience was super easy. There was a loaner car provided and the outdoor staff member who signed me in/out was super friendly. This dealership has a great system of handling everything proficiently. If you need a payment plan, they have that available, too. I opted for the four interest free payments with Affirm.
