Never had a leak, AC blows cold, never showered in it, never cooked in it, everything works, only used the awning 5 times if that. You can tow this with an SUV or truck and not even feel it. Upgrades that I have done: Newer model dometic porcelain bowl toilet Electric tongue jack Rack above tongue Better mattress that was in a cover the entire time Bigger propane tank Had full service checks done regularly by mobile RV repair man Sun damaged the outside decals recently on the front and entrance side. You can buy new decals and make this trailer look new.
