2006 Honda Cr-v

Selling my mom’s 2006 Honda CRV. It has a CLEAN TITLE under her name. We are selling it because it needs work and my mom does not have the resources nor time to invest in it as she is disabled. This is perfect for a person that can work on cars and has the time. Need some TLC. Pros: •Runs and drives. •Interior is immaculate. •A/C works. Not super cold. •All windows/locks work •Good on gas. I have the Carfax that shows the service records. Cons: •Check engine light on: Code P2279. Was told that is a simple fix. •Does not have heat. •Suspension needs to be updated. •Power steering leaks. •Has a slightly rough idle. Car had a small fender bender in 2017 on the front and rear bumper (can see it on the rear still). Title is still clean. This is all I remember from what the mechanic said.
