For sale is my JR M45 Kit for an NA/NB Mazda Miata. The kit came off of a 1991 Mazda Miata with the 1.6 liter engine. The brackets in this kit will only work for a 1.6, not a 1.8. To attach this to a 1.8, you would need to source different mounting brackets, but it is possible to do. This kit comes with everything you will need to supercharge your 1.6 Miata, except for the fpr. it comes with - The blower (JR M45 55k miles, rebuilt with new bearings and fresh oil 10k miles ago.-"Big Boost" pulley (about 25% smaller than the stock pulley) make / manufacturer: Jackson Racing model name / number: M45 -JR branded crossover pipe -JR intake elbow -Upgraded bypass valve -Dummy throttle body (necessary to mount to the intake manifold) -BMW Variable throttle position sensor -Jackson Racing Timing controller. Side and Bottom mounting brackets (1.6 only) -Track Dog Racing upgraded tensioner system (pulleys were just replaced. Less than 1000 miles on them) -Intake piping and air filter This kit is ready to be thrown on a 1.6 Miata. The only thing that I am not including that will be necessary to run this kit is a fuel pressure regulator. If you've done your research, you know that there are three pitfalls of this system: -The stock bypass valve isn't sturdy enough and breaks often -Stock nose pulley is too big and doesn't provide enough boost -The original Moss Miata tensioner system is unfriendly to use and not adjustable enough All three of those pitfalls have been addressed with this kit and won't be something you'll need to worry about. The bypass valve has been replaced with the far superior Buick/Eaton bypass valve.
