Vintage 1980ish DeRosa racing bike Measures 61cm center to center with a 60cm top tube Columbus SL tubing Campagnolo super record gruppo Sella Italia turbo saddle Mavic G40 clincher rims Cinelli bars and stem Dia comp aero brake levers Shimano dura ace 7400 clipless pedals I got this from the original owner…. The rear derailleur says 1978… he said he bought the bike new around 1979/80 so that makes sense. At some point in the 1990’s it was repainted by cycleart. There is some bubbling in a few places and the bottom bracket shell paint isn’t good at the edges plus normal wear and tear. When I got the bike it was covered in dirt and grime and hadn’t been ridden in almost 20 years. Stored in his garage. I pulled off all the parts and cleaned everything. Fresh grease in all the bearings. All the parts are clean Would be a great rider or would be a showpiece if you wanted to repaint it. It’s not my size so I’ve got to make space for other projects
