The 6700xt is faster than a 4060, comparable to a RTX 3070 ti/close in performance to a RTX 3080, but with even more VRAM than both. No trades. You will not find a PC with similar value for performance. Message for parting out. Note: this has no wifi card, so you will have to install one if you want to use something other than ethernet.
