As a young woman searching for her first car, I was very stressed. When I arrived to International Cars, Tony did everything in his power to get me the best deal possible. Not only did he spend over 5 hours working with me, but he found me the best insurance I could have ever found. He is truly a God send, I would recommend him to anyone. 10/10

Purchased a vehicle from them as a non Spanish speaking costumer very sketchy and weird we first went by to look at a ford fiesta st and they told me it was sold but we first went to a different location up the street then was told their was a ford focus st up the road aka international cars USA and I looked at it was fine didn’t really look at it throughout now really regretting it and then went to do paperwork I was set aside in another room as they where doing the financing paperwork which this was my first buying a car experience so I wasn’t sure if this was normal then when in the room look at the paperwork no mention of the title if it was clean or anything of that nature was not disclosed to me either and the price for the car in the condition it’s in was way too high has multiple dents on driver and passager side all on the side of the car terrible respray job on top of that the car really is not worth 21,000 dollars after tax!!! And after not even a week of ownership the turbo in the car is not working so I have to take it to them to fix and the windshield trim on the car fell off as we where driving it off the lot back home that should not be a problem with a vehicle after only a week of ownership Please be careful when buying a new car learn from me do not buy from this place or any place like this.

Marcela OMG! She helped me so much I speak Spanish and English and she was so helpful. I came out looking for a different car but after all the education about the car I originally wanted I realized even though it looked nice it wouldn’t be reliable! I make my money just from business income and I was approved for a car no problem!

Santiago, Nelson, and Sandra have been absolutely amazing and outstanding. They took their time to explain and show us around including showing us different brands. I would love to take out my next car with them😆

I went to buy a Toyota Hatchback 2021 (on 7/6/2024) - I had already  been researching for a while. My family and I find this car in Miami. As I am from Central Florida (4 hours away), I made the drive to negotiate what I thought was a used car with a CLEAN history/title.

The seller, Lorena, attends my family and I whilst on the phone doing other stuff at the same time. We then proceed to negotiate the price as it was 2-3k higher than the market average.

When we came to a price we were comfortable, I sat down to sign the paperwork to buy the car. The seller proceeds to disclose that the car had an airbag deployed and that it most likely due to the previous owner hitting a curb or whatnot. I was made feel at peace knowing it was a minor issue  and the car was still in relatively perfect condition (supposedly backed up by the CARFAX). Therefore, I proceed to sign the paperwork and drive back home on 7/7/2024 morning.

On Sunday night, I wanted to see more images of the vehicle and to my surprise I encountered non-disclosed information on the web - the damages the vehicle took were way worse than disclosed on any of our conversations or contract (see images). I attempted to get in contact with the seller the same day and was not successful. I received a call back on Monday (7/8/2024) morning. The seller told me that the damage was minor and they would extend the warranty for a year if I’d like. I said no, that I wasn’t comfortable with a car with that type of history and that I wanted a reimbursement. The seller bitterly told me I should be there before the day. I proceeded to leave in the middle of my work day and rushed to Miami to get a reimbursement.

When I arrived (at 3:30 pm) my father and I were sat on the waiting room and were told to wait “for a few minutes whilst Lorena was getting ready for us.” After almost TWO hours, the seller proceeded to call us and tell us she’ll give the money back after they conduct their inspection.

After they inspect the car the seller proceeds to tell me they will charge me for the ~650 miles since “they were a lot of miles for a car you were going to return, you shouldn’t have gone on a trip” - I told her I did not go on a trip and that I went to my city of residence, that I already payed on the gas used, the plane tickets back home, and that it was not my fault REAL information wasn’t disclosed and therefore I shouldn’t be made to pay for those miles. Nevertheless, she did not care and proceeded to charge me $0.655 per mile which came around $450.

Overall, a very sour experience for someone who wanted to get their first purchase from a dealership. I would not recommend this place.

I know others feel the same due to the amount of negative reviews (which I wished I would’ve checked before) and due to overhearing other customers about how they (Internationals Cars USA Corp) were trying to scam them.

Please, take your business elsewhere.
