Tomos targa moped with 140cc and manual transmission

i have a tomos targa lx that has been heavily modified. The frame has been sand blasted and smoothed out with metal work. The frame has been converted to a hardtail. It has a 2 t1 paint job with burgundy and gold that does have some chips but nothing major. The wiring has been ran through the frame for a cleaner look. I used the lifan 140cc engine with manual transmission so it functions like a mini motorcycle. It has almost new tires and tubes. The bike itself has around 30 miles on it since the engine swap. It does between 5565mph depending on riders w8. There are new sprockets and chain installed. It could use a c1 filter for the carb, the tail light needs a new bulb and the speedo cable needs replaced for it to work. It fires up easily and runs as it should.
