Sleepbuds are not included in this sale. This charging case works perfectly. You will only find some wear on the charging case. The letter "B" in the word BOSE has a lot of wear. The AC adapter is genuine Bose, although it is not the original for this device. It does not come in the original box. These items are used. There may be small marks, scratches, or dents. Please look at the photos carefully, as they show the actual item for sale.
