Lemongrass only needs 1 small stalk to sprout. The sprout should be placed in a sunny spot in the ground and watered daily for 2 weeks but dont water too much that it is soogy. Then water every other day for 2 weeks, the plant will begin to grow to its full size of up to 5 ft tall & 3 ft wide. After the 1st month, water the lemongrass 2 times a week until it has matured to about 2 feet then let nature takes it place.
