The owner is honest, reliable, good natured and trustworthy!
Although I didn’t get the car I wanted, it was not his fault nor mine! The car broke down on the way home. I took it back, a contracted mechanic put in a new thermostat. I left and the car overheated again and the check engine light came on & the dealer came to me with a mechanic and took the vehicle and put in a new sensor and another thermostat, he test drove it and it overheated so he let me know he was putting in a water pump the next day and if that didn’t work and it still overheated he would refund me my $6100.00. Well it didn’t work out and throughout the process the owner remained biblically correct and with grace gave me back my cash and let me meet someone else to buy a car right there in his lot. He’s honest and trustworthy. Maybe the people giving 1 star who say he’s unprofessional are people who don’t know God and don’t know how to communicate and are unprofessional. Honestly I’m giving a 5 star review because I signed as is sale and he went above and beyond with grace and humility to ensure a proper sale! Like he told me “I don’t sale bad cars, I want to make sure you have a good car!”

The sales staff were very friendly and courteous. They treated me more like a friend, rather than a customer. There was no rush or pressure to buy. And, when I did decide to buy, they provided a quick, painless, and hassle-free experience. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. P.S. I love my 2015 Mini Cooper Coutryman

Bought a 2011 Toyota Prius from them. They promised the vehicle was safe to drive. Claimed they test drove it for a minimum of 700 miles. It was not safe as it needed a brake booster and master cylinder replacement. They refuse to repair a vehicle that was deemed unsafe back in September by Toyota Albany. If they did drive it for 700 miles, I find it hard to belive that they didn't know about this problem.

I bought my first car here at this auto sale and it was such a great deal! Eduardo was very friendly and helpful. He provided exceptional service.  I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to buy a long term vehicle!
