About: This limited edition designer piece from Tiffany & Co. got an upgraded design with the addition of real sparkling diamonds inlayed along the edges. The medium-sized classic heart shape and rare rose gold color make it perfect for a special gift and occasion. This lovely piece is made of high polished 18 karat rose gold and features a solid heart-shaped design embellished with approximately .50 carats of genuine round pave diamonds.
