This was a great experience. I was having scheduling issues with getting the time for a test drive and they offered to bring it to my house for my wife and I to both be able to test drive. They were not pushy or calling me constantly like the other 3 car dealerships are still doing. They were very accommodating, I would buy from them again.

We had been looking for a new truck when my husband found one he liked online with Carzpal. I was hesitant because it's a small family owned dealer and worried something wouldn't go well or we would get screwed somehow.  I'm pleased to say our experience was completely different.
Artin was great. Very personable, answered all our questions, provided advise on questions we had regarding things that didn't even have to do with our purchase.. He exceeded our expectation and we LOVE our new truck. We would recommend Carzpal and Artin

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like more than just a customer — they made me feel like family. Mr Ben and Artin were genuinely friendly, patient, and transparent throughout the entire buying process. They are honest, good people that prioritize your experience over profit.

Their inventory was very competitively priced (I bought my car below market value!) and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The price they told me on the phone was EXACTLY the price I paid when I came in store. No surprises or gimmicks.
