If I could give 10 stars I would. There was a minor issue with one of my lights and Nick moved mountains to get the repair done as soon as possible and truly took care of anything I needed. He is the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with more people need to be like him. I am a very very happy customer!

I recently purchased my Fiat from Willie and the team at Auto House. I appreciated the welcoming and casual atmosphere. Actually on my visit. Who I know now as Willie was just getting back on property. I pulled in at the same time and was getting out of my car looked around quite comfortably checking out the availability never felt pressure or rushed to make any kind of decision /hostile sales tactic. After casually looking around, Willie was hanging near the front of the office. He was present but not pushy or over anxious just let me look around and then I approached him with inquiries. He presented as very knowledgeable and helpful. Anything he wasn't 100% clear on he found the answer quickly.. I was actually there for the Fiat 500 specifically. I had stopped in the lot a few days prior I did not test drive it as I thought it may be a little smaller than I was used to or looking for., it was the beginning of my search.. The day I returned after my initial inquiries, I told him I'd like to check out the Fiat and was concerned of its size. He  grab the keys went with me over to look at it, allowing me to feel comfortable. He started the vehicle got the AC running and suggested that I checked out the whole  explore and sit in it to assure my comfort level ,as he was moving other vehicles to gain access for my test drive. I was very appreciative of his casual approach allowing me to take the test drive for a good ride to really get the feel of the vehicle. When I return the owner Nick was there and filled in all of my other inquiries. I still want to look at a few other vehicles just on the principal but pretty quickly knew I was going to go back for the Fiat. The next morning I called with my intention to buy. Had some more questions but I was interested. Willie asked me to come in early afternoon and that he would have the car cleaned up. I'm ready for me if I was. I did and decided to make the purchase after Willie assured me that they stood behind their vehicles if there were any issues or things I was concerned with, to just bring it back in and let them know and they would help as much as they could. Again  reassuring friendly comfort vibes. Willie then rather quickly processed the whole deal registration tag and insurance transfer.So far so good I really do like the car and I'm grateful for the team and competence that Auto House provided, Willie particularly thanks again guys.
