I have a set of heads off a 1969 351 w 10:7:1 comp ratio New valves New springs Re surfaced New rocker arms Used them for my build Push rods were wrong Rocker arms got sent down the pedestal Had to press them off At that point I had the chance of buying another set of 69 heads that had guide plates Chevy valves ported intake and ported exust .. MORE POWER So I have for sale the first Set of heads I had done I have over 1000$ into the heads Stock specs to the 69 head Which is almost a 11:1 Head compression ratio Not 1 mile on them about 2mins of run time The valves the pushrods closed didn't open You can see it in the photo I want 800$ Comes with brand new Rocker arms STOCK FOR 351 W READY TO DROP IN ALL YOU NEED IS PUSH RODS Last three photos are of my build The new heads the guide plates 3/8 pushrods Roller rockers Screw in pedestal So you can see the difference between The stock head and a hot rod head .. Those are ported exhaust and intake with Chevy valves Your set is 800$ My set cost me almost 2000$ 800$ takes em The black you see on top of spring retainer and Bottom of head Is from blowing the head gasket and coolant mixing with oil I should have wiped them down better Last Dec after dis assembly.. It's cosmetic metal is still flat and cut . If you want you can spray your spring retainers but valve covers and a rocker arm will be covering those .. Have at it ..
