I was hoping it would be a good experience. The buying experience for the most part was. They washed and cleaned it as requested before delivery. Fortunately they were able to discount the purchase price due to a number of imperfections, true kbb, and because I knew while they weren’t telling me I was eventually going to be putting money into it. Unfortunately time has proven that the many reviews listed are fairly accurate. It’s fine for a bit and soon fails. I had to get new brakes within a week of purchasing the car. I get that. It’s a used car, I get that the dealer can’t know when all of their cars need brakes. The bigger kicker came a couple months later. It has a slow coolant leak. It’s been inspected to be a water pump fairly. 4K job. No support from the dealership. I appreciate that they are willing to talk about the issue. However, not willing to acknowledge that they could have done more.

Be careful buying from this company.  My daughter bought a vehicle and within a month has put over $1,000 in repairs.  Even though, cars are bought as is there, they didn't even try to help the situation. I was told from dealership that fixed the car that whoever fixed it basically used silicone to hold in the thermostat housing.  So do a very thorough job of testing vehicles and go to someone you trust.

Bought a 2014 dodge charger from them and under 8 months my engine light came on! 1  quick trip to the shop and most of the the parts for the car are glued along with old screws and bolts!! People please don’t bother!!!!! Later I was told this company would NOT trade my car for another lol. Please people don’t come here!

This was my first time here ,My dealer was pleasant and very friendly I originally came for the Cadillac SRX, But then I saw the Jeep Cherokee ❤️❤️❤️ , checked some things nothing changed so I was able to get the Jeep took it for a test drive and baby I was like yeah I'm getting this. Ahmad was such a Pleasure to work with and I'm sure that I'll be back.
