$700 cash today - 1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 cc cruiser motorcycle with clean title

I love the bike, but my loss your gain since I need the money. price is negotiable. The bike is a 1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 with clean title. It does run, but is in need of some TLC before street worthy. Last time I had it out on the road was October and a wire issue in the blinkers drained the battery. The tires are in need of replacing, small dent on the gas tank, and a few other upgrade or maintenance items to tend to. Once the minor stuff is taken care of, the bike is worth much more than I am asking. I purchased it in Nov 2016 and before buying the seller had the carbs cleaned for me and I must say she is a nice sounding machine. I do not plan to charge the battery or risk causing issues that don’t exist by starting it without the electrical repaired.
