$5000. 1998 fleetwood terry toy hauler Everything worked, been sitting since march... Large garage area has been gutted. (Approx 8×13) Still has working kitchen & bathroom Generator needs a tune up, hasnt been used since 2021 (used the power cord) New AC July 2022 Large bathroom storage Curve shower rod for extra elbow room New flooring/backsplash Upgraded lights and outlets Never used the awning, it has sun damage. Resealed the roof end of last year. Needs some TLC, i was slowly remodeling it then my health failed.... Love this trailer but hate seeing it just sitting there. *will need a new battery* Will throw in a brand new 5500 mobile generator with the $5000. Never used $1200 value. Bought it to use for a different trailer, dont need it anymore
