Dimensions: From armrest - armrest: 77” Depth: 33” Height: 34” Original price was roughly $800 and it’s been used for about 4 years. Has 2 visible water stains and we do have cats but they were not at fault of the water marks. No significant damage outside of that, just some wear at tear. Only the couch is for sale!
