It looks like it's never even been played with. All of the original pieces are included. The scale and x-ray machine both work which is rare and the privacy screen is also there, which is missing from a lot of these sets. The elevator works and the garage door opens and closes. There are 7 people. However, 3 of them have discrepancies: 1. The baby has a bib (apparently in the original set it didn't) 2. The blue mom's body is not plastic, it is wood 3. The African-American doctor has damage on his head. Please see all photos. Everything is in excellent condition and packaged up in bubble wrap.
